During summers your skin deal with many problems, the burning heat, dust, pollution, humidity it wipes off the natural glow of your skin and it also affects your skin in many ways. Exfoliate your body
You should exfoliate your skin at least 2-3 times in a week.it is important to exfoliate your skin, exfoliation remove dead cells from your skin.
Sunscreen is must
Use sunscreens which contain UVA and UVB products and SPF 30 and SPF 70. Reapply your sunscreen in every 1-2 hours.
Apply less make-up
During summers minimal make-up is best. Under the harsh sun, natural looks are best. Apply make-up with SPF to avoid patchy skin.
- Drink lots of water
Drink at least 8 glasses of water in a whole day. Carry a water bottle with yourself and drink water at least once every 30 minutes. Water hydrates your body and washes out all the toxins.
5. Hydrate your body with a lotion
Find a summery lotion that contains gel base formula and easily absorbs into your skin. Apply moisturizer just after coming out from the shower to seal in the moisture into your skin.
