Ingredients needed:
• 1 cup of sweet corn kernels
• ½ cup of cottage cheese or tofu, diced
• 1 freshly chopped tomato
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Garlic powder to taste
• Salt and sugar ( According to your taste)
• Chili flakes
• Olive oil for sauntering paneer
How to prepare?
1. Boil the corn kernels
2. Take a pan, add olive oil and sauté the diced paneer or tofu cubes.
