Ingredients to make Maggi Pizza

  • For base – 1 packet Maggi
  • 1 Packet tastemaker
  • 1 Teaspoon Oil
  • For topping – 2 Tablespoon boiled sweet corn
  • 2 Tablespoon chopper green Capsicum
  • 2 Tablespoon chopped red Capsicum
  • 2 Tablespoon grated paneer (Cottage Cheese)
  • 1 tablespoon green chutney
  • 2 Tablespoon Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon mixed herb (pizza seasoning)
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
 

How to make Maggi Pizza

  1. First of all, finish cutting and chopping of vegetables. Now in a bowl, take boiling water around 200ml add Maggi, tastemaker and 1 teaspoon oil cook it for 2 minutes. Maggi is ready.
  2. In a pan take 1/2 tablespoon oil, add sweet corns to it, cook for a minute. Now add green and red capsicum and cook for minute. Time to add pizza seasoning and tomato sauce to this, mix it well and keep it aside, your pizza topping is ready.
  3. Now take a non-stick pan add 1/2 tablespoon of oil to this and now take the cooked Maggi give it a round shape like pizza base as shown in the picture. Cook it for 4 to 5 minutes on slow flame so that it becomes crisp from below.
  4. Now very gently turn it upside down. It is bit tricky (you can transfer it on plate first and then again transfer it in pan) add little bit of oil and cook it on slow flame.
  5. Now apply some tomato sauce and green chutney on your pizza. Add sweet corn, capsicum topping and grated paneer to this. Once it is crispy from down, transfer it on plate and cut into desired shape.
  6. Serve it hot and enjoy Maggi and Pizza at a same time.

My Tip:

To make it bit easy you can prepare mini pizzas first. Every thing is same just reduce the size of Maggi Pizza base.
