How to make Gobhi Paratha
- Step 1
Gobhi Paratha is one of the most delicious and easy paratha recipe, which can be prepared in just a few minutes. Here’s how you prepare this delicious paratha recipe. Take a glass bowl and combine the wheat flour, maida, salt and enough water in it. If you want to make it more flavoursome add a spoonful ghee before kneading the dough. Knead the ingredients well in to a thick, pliable dough and keep aside for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, heat ghee and oil in a pan over moderate flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, add the cumin seeds and fry them for few seconds. Once done, add onions, ginger paste and saute for 2 minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and cauliflowers.

Stir well and cook the ingredients for a minute or two. Mash well and then remove. Then combine the dough and cauliflower mixture together. Knead well until combined. Take portions of the dough and make small balls out of them. Roll them into small/medium parathas.

Heat a tawa over medium flame. Once the tawa is sufficiently hot, place the parathas on top of the tawa and cook on both the sides. Once done, remove and transfer to a serving plate. Serve it hot with raita or pickle of your choice.
