Take a glass bowl and combine the wheat flour, maida, salt and enough water in it. If you want to make it more flavoursome add a spoonful ghee before kneading the dough. Knead the ingredients well in to a thick, pliable dough and keep aside for a few minutes.

    Meanwhile, heat ghee and oil in a pan over moderate flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, add the cumin seeds and fry them for few seconds. Once done, add onions, ginger paste and saute for 2 minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and cauliflowers.
