Use as a cleansing oil
Since coconut oil contains, antibacterial, antifungal and moisturizing essences, many women use it as a nighttime moisturizer for their face.
Use it as a cleansing oil: Simply rub the oil in circular motions all over your face and neck, by giving yourself a gentle massage. When you are done, wash it off with your favorite gentle face wash.
DIY face mask
What better way to pamper your skin with a DIY face mask? Try this healing mask, which contains turmeric, lemon juice, raw honey, and melted virgin coconut oil. Apply it on a clean face, leave it for at least 20 minutes, and relax! Wash it off with lukewarm water.
Remove eye makeup
Coconut oil help in removing eye makeup, since it is a natural and safe product to use on the area around your eyes. Coconut oil even works on the waterproof mascara too. Put a little oil on the cotton swab and gently sweep it over your eyes. Once you are done removing makeup, wash your face as usual.
Eye cream
Coconut oil works wonder as an eye cream. If you are facing a problem of dry under-eyes, whether it is because of colder weather, dehydration, or simply getting older-using a coconut oil as an eye cream can completely rejuvenate your complexion. Simply dab on a light layer of coconut oil to your dry under-eyes to hydrate and protect your skin.
DIY lip scrub
You can make your own lip scrub by using coconut oil, brown sugar, and honey for a super moisturizing DIY version. Take each ingredient measured until you get the desired consistency. Gently use the scrub on your lips as an exfoliation treatment (wash off or use a damp cloth to remove) before bed to wake up wither softer lips come morning.

Once you are done with the process of exfoliation, dab a little coconut oil on your lips for adding some moisture and shine.
DIY lip gloss
Fade off chapped, flaky lips or to add a pop of color to your pout with a homemade natural tinted gloss made from coconut oil. To make you DIY lip gloss, simply mix little of an old lipstick with some coconut oil.
Highlight your cheeks
Nothing lit-up a tired face like a little highlighter. Simply sweep a small amount of coconut oil on top of your make up and leave it alone. It makes your skin natural glow. Which is why many makeup brands use it as a base ingredient in their formulas.
