Carrot salad with black grape dressing

Prepare salad:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Ingredients:
For salad
• 4 cups carrot (grated)
• ½ cup almonds (sliced)
• ½ cup raisins (socked)
• 1 cup spring onion (sliced)
For dressing
• ¼ cup olive oil
• ½ vinegar
• ¼ cup sugar syrup
• To taste salt & pepper
• 1 tablespoon mustard powder
• 1 ( heaped) tablespoon garlic ( chopped)
• 4 tablespoon onion (chopped)
For the black grape dressing
• 1 cup black grapes
• 1 tablespoon garlic (chopped)
• 2 tablespoon onion
• 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 4 tablespoon olive oil
• To taste salt and pepper
• 2 tablespoon honey
• 2-3 green chillies
Prepare French dressing:
• Put all the ingredients in a blender except olive oil, and blend it well. While blending, slowly add the olive oil to combine the mixture.
• Mix the dressing with carrot salad.
Prepare black grape dressing:
• Put the ingredients for dressing in a blender and blend it till the dressing become smooth.
• Check the seasoning and alter it accordingly.
• Top the salad with dressing and your salad is ready to serve.
